Ingredients:
- 6 bacon slices.
- ¼ cup of regular mustard.
- ⅓ cpu of honey.
- 2 tbsps of mayonnaise.
- 2 tsps of dried onion flakes.
- 1 cup of sliced fresh mushroom.
- 2 cups of shredded Colby/Jack cheese.
How to make it:
Rub the seasoning salt on the chicken breasts and refrigerate them covered for 30 minutes.
While refrigerating, cook the bacon in a large skillet until brown and crispy then remove it leaving the grease in the skillet.
Sauté the chicken in the grease for 3 to 5 minutes per side and arrange the breasts in a 9×13 casserole dish.
In a small bowl, mix together the mustard, honey, mayonnaise and dried onion flakes then pour some mustard over each breast. Add a layer of mushrooms, crumbled bacon and shredded cheese.
In a preheated oven to 350° bake for 30 minutes.
