  • Biscuit layer:

Grind the biscuits in an electric grinder.
Add butter, Nutella, sugar, salt, and cocoa powder and mix well.
Place the biscuit layer in a movable base tray, spread it well and press it with your hand, and lift it slightly on the sides of the tray.

  • Strawberry Mix:

Put strawberries, sugar, and two tablespoons of water in a saucepan and put them on medium heat until become soft.
Mix the mixture in an electric mixer well.
Put the gelatin in a bowl with two tablespoons of ice-cold water, and let it sit for two minutes until soft.
Return the strawberry mixture to the saucepan and add the gelatin packet to it, and mix well.
When the gelatin is completely melted, remove the saucepan from the stove and set it aside.

  • Creamy filling:

Put the cream cheese and sugar in the electric beater on medium speed, until they are completely mixed.
Add the vanilla and strawberry mixture.
In a separate bowl, whisk the cream until its consistency, then add it to the previous mixture.
Mix gently until the ingredients are well mixed.
Pour it on the biscuit layer, then press it gently with a spoon to get rid of air bubbles, put it in the refrigerator for two hours or until it freezes.
When the filling is frozen, top it with the remaining strawberry mixture. If you find it has solidified, put it on low heat for one minute, then pour it over the cream filling.
Put it back in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until the strawberry mixture is frozen, and garnish it with fresh strawberries
