From My Kitchen To Yours


I love those recipes that we all grew up with, they are just too good to miss out on.


ingredients :

2 and half a cup of flour

255 grams butter

1/4 cup of very cold water

A tablespoon of fine sugar

Pinch of salt

The filling:

Two cups of strawberries

Two tablespoons of flour

1/2 lemon

1/2 cup of sugar

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon



Cut the butter into cubes on top of the flour and rub it

Gradually add (I attributed only a tablespoon) cold water until it becomes a cohesive dough

Put it in the refrigerator for an hour to rest

Take 2/3 of the dough and spread it on a surface with a little flour and mix 1/3 of the dough with the fridge for the pie

Cream butter with pirex before you extend the dough into my heart

With a fork, sprinkle the dough out. The best way to inflate it .. Put it in the refrigerator until the filling is gone

Add the filling after you take the pie from the fridge

Extend 1/3 of the rest of the dough and cut it as much as you have wasted (I made sticks) and spread it over the pie

Fot it in the oven, for 25-30 minutes, depending on the oven (until it turns red), 4 minutes from above, until it turns red
